NOTE TO SELF:
It is on days like this that I remind myself, it's not me, it's brain chemistry, your diet, and the environment. First off, brain chemistry, natural predispostion. You do not produce enough serotonin because your thyroid hormones are not that perfect either. Therefore, always remember to take your thyroid medication. REMEMBER, REMEMBER, REMEMBER. Second, remind yourself to remain active. You need the endorphins. Third, keep up with your cycle. Remember that in order to have a controlled rhythm you have to take progesterone at clockwork precision.
Diet. Always eat healthy, and absolutely no ice cream, simply put, no free sugars. If you give in to the temptation, prepare to deal with consequences -spikes in brain activity. So when the brain is getting too distracted, look back and think what you ate, what you did not or did take, etc.
Environment. Well, you were created and born to warm weather. You are built to naturally thrive in a warm, bright, sunny environment. So when it is gray and gloomy outside, although you've learned to adapt, which is a survival instinct natural to man, remember to keep the cheer inside. Tomorrow the sun will shine. And reassure yourself, that really, it's not all you. And some things you just do not have control over.
Love and blessings,
self
